Quest for Excellence [Q4E] collaborates with organizations impacting the social, emotional, economic and political circumstances of marginalized youth and their families. We offer programming, networking, resources to generate opportunities that change lives.
Program Areas
Quest for Excellence [Q4E] offers a holistic approach to improving the trajectory of youth and their families. Our programs enrich their development in the areas of cultural history, self management, financial literacy, goal setting and education and workforce development.
The NEST Project
Since 1992, we’ve joined parent organizations, high schools and non-profit programs to supplement the development of students in under-resourced districts. N.E.S.T. (National Equitable School Transformation) is a government funded project focused on increasing the cultural competency of k-12 school districts through diversity, equity, inclusion and other initiatives that impact marginalized students.
