Youth Development & Families

Supporting non profit organizations to help youth middle school through college. Fall is the time to begin creating a plan for a successful future. There are many paths towards success; a post secondary strategy will increase your earning power. Quest for Excellence curriculum helps youth and families begin that process. The summer is a time to use the capacity tools and apply them to the world and reflect on next steps.

The 2nd phase of the life strategy is to re-visit the initial assumption to the goal setting process. Make any adjustments, begin to connect with networks, align your goals to a more detailed action plan. Q4E organizes this stage of the process with community involvement, centering the voices of the family at retreats.

Workforce Development

Successful youth are supported by successful families. Creating opportunities for parents and caregivers to stabilize the family structure impacts communities. Q4E has a particular interest in supporting the families of incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people. Workforce training, employment and entrepreneurial business support has the capacity to change the trajectory of a family and community. Q4E provides life skills, technology, career and business franchise training to adults in partnership with employer committed to working and providing opportunities.
