Quest for Excellence began as a small group of recent college graduates seeking to impact youth in the Twin Cities. Despite having minimal knowledge and experience of nonprofit work, this group built a network of success that spanned across decades. Quest for Excellence [Q4E] collaborates with organizations to enhance education, personal development and workforce readiness for marginalized youth and their families.

Q4E programming includes historical analysis, goal setting, self management, business and interpersonal communication, entrepreneurship and mental health.
